About the Artists
Harshad Kanetkar: A highly acclaimed and versatile young Tabla virtuoso from India trained under maestros including Taalyogi Pandit Suresh Talwalkar. A recipient of India’s National Scholarship Award and a member of the Recording Academy’s Grammy Awards judging panel, he mentors over 90 students in the DFW metroplex and records globally released albums such as “Resonance,” “Divinity,” and “Trinity – A World Music Album.”
Arnab Chakrabarty: With over 35 years of rigorous training in the Shahjahanpur and Gwalior gharanas and 20+ years as a professional sarod artist, Arnab has performed nearly 1000 concerts across 34 countries at leading festivals and venues worldwide. He is also an acclaimed writer, Chalmers Arts Fellow, and a devoted champion of Hindustani classical music.
