Menu:

Bread Roll | $5 – 2 pieces | A crispy, golden snack made with bread wrapped around a savory spiced-potato filling and fried until crunchy. Served with tamarind and mint chutney

Chole and Stuffed Kulcha | $7 | A hearty North Indian street-food meal of warmly spiced chickpea curry served with soft, lightly leavened stuffed flatbread

Dabeli | $4 – 1 piece | Flavored potato patties in a soft buttered bun layered with spicy garlic chutney and sweet tamarind chutney

Dahi Vada | $5 – 2 pieces | Refreshing Indian snack of soft lentil dumplings soaked in creamy yogurt and topped with sweet-tangy chutneys and fragrant spices

Dosa | $6 | A thin, savoury crepe made from fermented batter of ground black gram and rice, served with a vegetable lentil stew, coconut and tomato chutneys

Idli Sambhar | $3 1 piece, $4 2 piece | Steamed rice cakes served in vegetable lentil stew

Manchurian and Noodles | $6 | Fried minced veggies dumplings tossed in spicy ginger garlic sauce with noodles tossed with cabbage, peppers, carrots, with touch of soy sauce and black pepper powder

Moong Pakoda | $4 | Crispy, bite-sized Indian lentil fritter, lightly spiced and fried

Pani Puri | $6 – 6 pieces | Potato, mung beans stuffed crispy puri drenched in tamarind and mint water

Pav Bhaji | $6 | Pav bhaji is a flavorful Indian street-food made with spiced mashed potatoes and vegetables served with warm, butter-toasted buns

Puliyodharai (Tamarind Rice) | $4 | tangy South Indian tamarind rice tossed with aromatic spices, curry leaves, lentils, and crunchy peanuts

Puranpoli | $4 | Sweet flat bread stuffed with ground chickpeas and cardamom

Rajma and Chawal | $6 | Creamy, slow-simmered rajma in a rich tomato-ginger gravy, served with fragrant spiced basmati rice, fresh lemony onion-ginger-chili salad, pickle, crisp papad, and cooling yogurt

Vada Pav | $4 – 1 piece | Mashed potatoes, seasoned with spices, and coated in chickpea flour batter then fried and stuffed in bread

Falooda | $4 | Cold dessert drink made from milk, rose syrup, vermicelli, chia seed, agar jelly, and ice cream topped with nuts

Kulfi | $4 | the “Indian ice cream”

Mango Lassi | $4 | Yogurt based, sweet mango drink
