Reciting the Sahasranamam is a devotional practice that involves chanting a thousand names, attributes, or epithets of a deity. The word Sahasranamam is a Sanskrit term that combines sahasra meaning “thousand” and naman meaning “name”. The purpose of reciting the Sahasranamam is to develop a sense of love and connection with the deity.

Shri Vishnu Sahasranamam – A holy Vedic hymn that contains 1,000 names of the Hindu god Vishnu. The names are arranged into 107 stanzas, and each name represents a specific characteristic of Vishnu
